We have a broad selection of sweet, semi-sweet, dry, red and white wines available at both locations.
Our Current Wine Releases:
2010 Chardonnay** - This wine has more citrus and zest with a soft bouquet of banana and floral notes with a crisp finish. The wine was aged in stainless steel to capture the essence of the fruit.
2011 Chardonnay** – A nice dry wine with a good chardonnay finish. Aged in stainless steel to accent the fruits crisp citrus and melon flavors.
2011 Cabernet Franc** – A soft easy to drink red wine. Light, peppery, with notes of oak and smoke with a nice leather and fruit finish.
2012 Duet** - A red blend of our light, peppery Cabernet Franc and our bold and complex Dornfelder. A nice combination which allows the Cab Franc to mellow out the aggressive Dornfelder, and the bold Dornfelder to kick up the easy to drink Cab Franc. Traditional notes of earth, dry leaves and black cherry round out this full bodied red.
2012 Trio** – Our vintner’s blend of our light, peppery Cabernet Franc, our bold and complex Dornfelder, and a Malbec aged in a bourbon barrel, this red offers all of the complexity for which red wine drinkers are looking.
2012 Dornfelder** - This German varietal produces a deeply colored red wine that has a soft, rich texture in the mouthfeel. Hints of black cherry, tobacco, dry leaves, leather and earth make this bold red a favorite of those looking for something special and complex.
2012 Malbec - This Malbec has the traditional deep rich inky color with loads of spice and black cherry cola aromas with notes of cocoa. The berry flavors really pop on the palate as the wine has both good depth and very lively acidity that leads to a long finish.
2012 Encore** - This limited release of our Estate Cabernet Franc is back again for 2012. Finished in a used Kentucky Bourbon barrel, this red is a favorite of our regulars and guaranteed not to last long. Be sure you pick up a bottle of this soon before our limited supplies are gone.
